"Sean Patrick Casey, a top federal prosecutor in Brooklyn, N.Y., handling investigations of Wall Street amid the credit crisis, is joining law firm Mayer Brown, LLP as a partner in February", Amirt Efrati at the WSJ, 19 December 2008.
The revolving door revolves once more. We know Mayer Brown (MB), don't we? Yes, MB is the law firm that wasn't indicted over the Refco scandal, see my 22 and 27 December 2007 posts.

Is Casey the one with the red hair?
He's joining just in time to defend those he was prosecuting... yikes... I hope he leaves the case files when he walks out the door...right... right....

Suppose he leaves them? Could he have send the file contents by e-mail to who knows where? What he must worry about is appearing in court and sitting down accidentally at the wrong table! He should arrive early and put a sign on the defense table, "Sit here stupid".
Gut splitter... "Sit here stupid".
Yes: in a giddy moment contemplating those giant MB $$$ he might forget and sit down in his old seat... shucks...
