What percentage of CPAs does Jones expect to be black? 13%? Estimating you need at least 120 IQ to pass the UCPAE, that's 1.33 STDV above the caucasian mean or thanks to hyperstaz, the .909 level. It's also 2.40 STDV above the black mean, the .992 black level, so why be surprised with the result?

I have seen various statistics on this. As best as I can determine, 3% of Americans as Asian and 8% of American CPAs are Asian. If I find any better statistics, I'll let you know.

Guffaw, I remember discovering A. Jensen's G factor in college, and was floored; I also recall the horror with which my discovery was met by the faculty who knew who Jensen was. I had found the most subversive book of the century.
If you look carefully at what different ethnic and racial groups choose to do for a living, and parse the numbers that occasionally slip though the futile attempts to conceal them, a whole new world of interpretation opens up, one with far better explanatory power than, "we need better role models, etc, etc."
I bet the numbers for professional engineers are almost as bad as they are for accountants among blacks.

You are correct. Asians average about 50 points higher on the math portion of the SAT than caucasians. Coincidence? I don't think so. Look at the percentage of Asians enrolled at say, MIT. I assure you, it's over 10%.
